You have 14 days from receipt of your Marc Tissier watch to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Accepted items:

• Watch in perfect condition, unworn
• Complete original packaging (box, certificate, manual)
• No scratches on case or bracelet
• Protective plastic film intact if present

NON-refundable items :

• Customized or engraved watches
• Watches worn or damaged
• Missing or damaged packaging

2. Product return

• Pack your watch carefully
• Use the return label supplied
• FREE return to the EU

3. Refund

• Processed within 7-10 days of receipt
• Same payment method as your purchase
• Initial shipping costs refunded if product defect

Defective watch :

• Exchange or full refund
• Return shipping at our expense
• Time limit extended to 30 days

Wrong delivery :

• Immediate free return
• Reshipment of the right product
